For pickups or deliveries for more than one site or date, additional fees may apply along with applicable fees for extended watering and care based on order sizes.

Please note that, while we will be pleased to assist with claims arising from delays or damage in transit with 3rd party couriers and delivery services, liability for these claims rest outside of Biomes Plant Network and our partner growers.

Step-by-Step Guide: Delivery Process with Biomes Plant Network

Step 1: Placing Your Order

When placing an order with Biomes Plant Network (BPN), browse our wide selection of native plants, shrubs, and trees and add your desired items to your cart. During checkout, ensure that you review your order carefully, taking note of any plants that are over 2 gallons in size.

Step 2: Reviewing Delivery Information

Upon checkout, you'll be prompted to provide delivery information, including your address and contact details. It's important to note that the delivery process may vary depending on the size of the plants in your order.

Step 3: Determining Delivery Method

If your order includes plants that are over 2 gallons in size, these items may be shipped separately from other items in your order. These larger plants that require special handling may be delivered by a separate delivery company.

Step 4: Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. For orders containing plants over 2 gallons, you will receive separate tracking information for these items.

Step 5: Receiving Your Delivery

For orders containing plants in boxes, you can expect delivery by the company responsible for delivering smaller items. For orders containing plants over 2 gallons, a separate delivery company will handle the delivery of these larger items.

Step 6: Unpacking and Plant Care

Upon receiving your delivery, carefully unpack your plants and inspect them for any damage during transit. Follow the provided care instructions to ensure the health and vitality of your plants.

Step 7: Contacting Customer Support

If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. We're here to assist you every step of the way and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Disclaimer: Purchase & Delivery of Plants Classified as "Ephemeral"

Please note: When ordering true ephemerals, please be aware the time when plants flower and appear above ground is very short in early spring, coinciding with rising light and temperature levels ahead of the time before leaves are on the trees. For certain species, depending on the time of year, expect them to look different - they may appear yellow or wilted - during the "senescence" or dieback period, or be completely dormant with no plant material left above ground when they are in bulb form. This is normal and to be expected when receiving plants after their brief early spring bloom window, and shipping in bulb form is great for the health for the plants. With planting and care to minimize competition from weeds, you will see them bloom and thrive and bloom next season.
